Vijay was my professor in MBA and he inspired me to take the strategic management subject seriously as a career option. He communicates exceptionally well and his leadership skills are commendable. Vijay as a person has utmost clarity in the things he does from chalking out the plan for the L&D for the entire organization to taking care of microscopic details in the content to be used. When you see Vijay 'perform' in front of an audience, it seems borderline unbelievable that he did not learn English till he joined college, and that he was shy back then. His classroom trainings (or performances!) are hence, in a sense, a manifestation of his determination to make it through serious challenges. Vijay is a seasoned L & D professional, who comes across with loads of passion for the function. He comes with a never ending supply of energy and enthusiasm, which he directs perfectly in helping people become better.
